Bob Benes, CEO
Robert has 31 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. His career has been with Unions in both Wisconsin and Washington. Bob's skills range from conception to completion of both small and large projects, along with leadership and supervisory skills. He has been a project executive that included sales, project manager, foreman, and financial metrics. Bob enjoys thinking outside the box to build what can be imagined. His dream of owning a company was a reflection of his values in honoring his commitment to quality craftsmanship, having ethical business practices, and outstanding customer service. He enjoys making creative metal projects for friends and family, archery, the outdoors, and being with family outside of work time.
Sue Benes, Director of Human Resources and Office Management
Sue brings with her a mechanical design degree along with 31 years of leadership and project management. She has overseen scheduling, staff, budgets, purchasing, and project planning. Sue enjoys working with people, hearing about their visions, and helping them become a reality. Owning a business was a chance for her to grow in her knowledge, reconnect with the trades, and outreach to other women owned businesses. She enjoys spending quiet time reading or knitting, along with listening to a variety of music, watching hockey, and being with family.
