Sue brings this philosophy to life with over 31 years of leadership and project management experience, backed by a degree in mechanical design. She’s overseen scheduling, staffing, budgeting, purchasing, and planning with a steady hand and collaborative spirit.
Sue thrives on turning ideas into reality—listening closely to each client’s goals and bringing them to life through hands-on problem-solving and reliable solutions. Founding Iron Roots offered her the chance to expand her expertise, reconnect with the trades, and support other women-owned businesses as part of a broader community of makers.
Outside the workshop, she enjoys reading, knitting, hockey nights, and time with family. Her goal is simple: to partner with you in building something that lasts—inside and out.
